The agreement between you and Buun Group Pty Ltd for the use of Flung: the API, the portal at app.flung.dev, the connect panel, the SDKs, the hosted MCP server and these docs. Using any of them, or signing in, means you accept these terms.

## TL;DR

| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Who is the agreement with? | Buun Group Pty Ltd ("Buun Group", "we", "us"), ABN 75 687 193 675, Queensland, Australia. |
| Who may agree? | Anyone aged 18 or over. If you use Flung for a business, you agree for it and say you may. |
| Is Flung finished? | No. Flung is in private beta: only people we approve may sign in, and features, limits and prices can change. |
| How do I pay? | Pro is 19 US dollars a month and Business 59, paid in advance through Stripe. Free costs nothing. Cancelling stops the next charge. |
| What may I post? | What you have the right to post, to accounts whose owners connected them, within each platform's own rules. No spam, and no automation a platform forbids. |
| Who owns my posts? | You do, or the people whose accounts you post to. We use them only to run Flung for you. |
| I build on the API. What else applies? | The [API and developer terms](#api-and-developer-terms) below: keep keys on a server, tell your users about Flung, and delete their data when they ask. |
| Which law applies? | The law of Queensland, Australia. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or the consumer law of your own country, are not reduced by anything here. |

## Accounts and workspaces

| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Signing in | You sign in at app.flung.dev with a code sent to your email address. The address must be one you read: it is how we sign you in and tell you about your workspace. Do not share it. |
| Workspaces | A workspace holds connected accounts, posts, files, keys and its plan. Its owners decide who belongs to it and pay for it. |
| Keys are secrets | An API key acts as its workspace. Keep it on a server, out of browsers, repositories and logs, and revoke a key you think was seen. You are responsible for calls made with your keys until you revoke them. |
| Apps and agents | An app or AI agent you approve acts for the workspace you chose, as a full-access key would. You are responsible for what it does. Disconnect it in the portal to stop it. |

## The private beta

Flung is in private beta. While it is:

- only people we approve may sign in to the portal, and we may stop approving or remove an approval
- features, limits, prices and the API may change, sometimes without notice, though we try to give notice of a change that breaks a working integration
- there is no promise of availability, support times or a service level
- we may reset or move a test workspace we made for you, after telling you

A workspace that existed before plans were introduced may have a plan set by us at no charge. It lasts until we tell you otherwise.

## Plans and payment

| Plan | Price | Connected accounts | Posts a month | Profiles | Requests a minute | Stored files | Webhook endpoints |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 | 3 | 30 | 1 | 60 | 1 GB | 1 |
| Pro | 19 US dollars a month | 15 | 1,000 | 10 | 300 | 25 GB | 10 |
| Business | 59 US dollars a month | 100 | 10,000 | No limit | 600 | 250 GB | 50 |

| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Who pays | A workspace owner buys a plan on the workspace's Plan page in the portal. Members can see the plan; only owners can buy or change it. |
| Payment | A paid plan is charged in advance each month to the card you give Stripe, on Stripe's own pages. Any tax is shown at checkout. |
| Renewal and cancellation | A plan renews each month until you cancel. Cancel, change plan or card, and see invoices in Stripe's billing portal, opened from the Plan page. A cancelled plan stays until the end of the month you paid for. |
| Refunds | A month already started is not refunded, except where the law requires it or we decide to. |
| Failed payment | While Stripe retries a failed charge, the workspace keeps its plan. If the retries run out, the workspace moves to Free. |
| Over a limit | Nothing is deleted. Creating more of what is over its limit is refused with the code `plan_limit_reached` until the workspace is under it or upgrades. A post counts once however many accounts it goes to, and reconnecting an account is never refused. |
| Changes | We may change what a plan includes or costs. A change that costs you more or takes away something you pay for applies from your next month after we tell you. |

## Acceptable use

Flung posts to platforms that belong to other companies. You must follow their rules as well as ours. You may not use Flung to:

| Do not | Detail |
|---|---|
| Break a platform's rules | Follow the terms, developer policies and community rules of every platform you post to, such as X's automation rules, Meta's Platform Terms, TikTok's and YouTube's community guidelines, and LinkedIn's and Pinterest's terms. Where a platform forbids something, Flung does not allow it either. |
| Spam | Send unsolicited bulk posts or replies, post the same or nearly the same content across many accounts to game reach, flood hashtags or mentions, or reply to people who did not ask. |
| Automate what a platform forbids | Run automated engagement, such as fake likes, follows or comments, use many accounts to dodge a platform's limits, or post with automation a platform does not allow. |
| Post without permission | Connect or post to an account unless its owner, or a person allowed to act for it, connected it and agreed. |
| Deceive | Impersonate a person or a business, hide that a post is an advertisement where the law or the platform requires saying so, or run coordinated fake accounts. |
| Post harmful or unlawful content | Post anything illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that sells regulated goods against the law or the platform's rules. |
| Attack the service | Get past security, a rate limit or a plan limit, probe or overload the service, or reach data that is not your workspace's. |
| Resell access as your own | Resell Flung's API as a service of its own without an agreement with us. Building your product on Flung is welcome. |

You are responsible for what is posted through your workspace, including by your users, your apps and your AI agents. We may remove content, refuse a post, or suspend a workspace, key or connected account that breaks these rules. A platform may also suspend an account under its own rules; we cannot reverse that.

## API and developer terms

These apply when you build Flung into your own product, with an API key, the SDKs, the connect panel or the MCP server.

| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Keys on a server | Never put an API key in a browser, a mobile app or a public repository. A page gets a connect token your server makes, for that page's address, for a short time. |
| Your users' accounts | When your users connect accounts through your product, you are responsible to them for what your product posts. Post only what each user asked for or agreed to. |
| Tell your users | Your product's privacy policy must say that it uses Flung to connect accounts and post, what it posts, and how to disconnect. It may link to our [privacy policy](https://docs.flung.dev/privacy.md). |
| Delete when asked | When a user disconnects or asks you to delete their data, disconnect their account in Flung, and delete what you received from Flung for them within 30 days, unless the law requires you to keep it. A `needs_reconnect` or `disconnected` account means access ended. |
| Keep data safe | Keep what you receive from Flung, such as account names and post results, encrypted in storage and out of logs. Tell us at legal@buungroup.com within 72 hours if you learn that a key, a token or data from Flung was exposed. |
| Use data only for the feature | Use what you receive only to give your users the feature they connected for. Do not sell it, use it for advertising, or train AI models on it without the user's separate, plain agreement. YouTube data is also under the Google API Services User Data Policy, as the [privacy policy](https://docs.flung.dev/privacy.md#youtube-and-google-user-data) says. |
| Limits | Your calls spend your workspace's plan. Back off when the API answers `429` with `Retry-After`. Do not spread work across workspaces or keys to get past a limit. |
| Branding | You may say that your product uses Flung. Do not suggest that Flung or Buun Group made, sponsors or endorses it. The connect panel's "Secured by Flung" line may be hidden. |
| Changes | We may change endpoints, fields and limits. We will try to give notice of a change that breaks a working integration, and keep the reference in these docs current. |

## Your content

Your content is the text, files and settings you send, and the posts, comments and results Flung reads for your accounts.

| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| You own it | Nothing in these terms gives us ownership of your content. |
| Our permission | You let us process, store, copy and send your content only to run Flung for you: to publish it where you asked, show its results, and keep it until you delete it. The permission ends when the content is deleted, apart from copies in backups that expire on their own. |
| What is kept | The [privacy policy](https://docs.flung.dev/privacy.md) says what is kept and for how long, and [data deletion](https://docs.flung.dev/data-deletion.md) says how to remove it. |
| Your responsibility | You must have the right to post your content and to post to each account. Content that breaks the law or these terms may be removed. |

## Our service

| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| What we do | We provide Flung with reasonable care and skill, and fix problems we learn about in reasonable time. |
| The platforms | Flung depends on each platform's API. A platform can change its rules, refuse a post, limit an account or end access, and we cannot promise any platform stays available. |
| Availability | Flung runs on Cloudflare's network. It can be interrupted by maintenance, by our providers, or by events outside our control. |
| Feedback | If you send us an idea or feedback, we may use it without owing you anything for it. |
| The SDKs | The packages you install are covered by their own open source licences. These terms cover the hosted service. |

## Suspension and ending

| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| You can leave | Stop using Flung at any time. Cancel a paid plan on the Plan page, and ask at legal@buungroup.com to delete your sign-in or a workspace; [data deletion](https://docs.flung.dev/data-deletion.md) says what is removed. |
| We can suspend | We can suspend a workspace, a key, an app or a connected account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or that the law or a platform requires us to stop. Where we can, we say why and give you a chance to fix it first. |
| We can close | We can close a workspace for a serious or repeated breach. We can also stop offering Flung, with at least 60 days' notice to paying workspaces and a refund of any month paid for and not used. |
| After it ends | Your content is deleted as the privacy policy describes. The sections on your content, liability, disputes and law, and the general terms continue to apply. |

## Liability

| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Consumer guarantees | Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes a right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under a consumer law of your own country, that cannot lawfully be excluded. |
| Where the law allows a limit | For a service that is not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee is limited, where the law allows, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. |
| Indirect loss | We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data, reach or goodwill, for a post a platform refused or removed, or for indirect or consequential loss, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded. |
| Total limit | Our total liability under these terms in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months, or 100 Australian dollars if you paid nothing, except where the law does not allow a limit. |
| Your part | You are responsible for your content, your users, and calls made with your keys, and you cover our reasonable costs of a claim brought against us because of content posted through your workspace or a breach of these terms. |

## Disputes and law

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. If something goes wrong, write to legal@buungroup.com first, and we will try to settle it with you directly. If it is not settled within 30 days, either of us may take it to the courts of Queensland, Australia. A consumer may also use the courts and dispute services of their own country where the law gives them that right.

## General

| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Changes to these terms | The date at the top says when they last changed. A change that reduces your rights is emailed to workspace owners at least 30 days before it applies, except where the law or a security problem needs it sooner. Using Flung after a change applies means you accept it. |
| The whole agreement | These terms and the policies they link to are the whole agreement for the hosted service, unless you have a signed contract with us. Where a signed contract differs, the contract wins. |
| If a part fails | If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. |
| Assignment | You may not transfer a workspace or these terms without our agreement. We may transfer them to a company that takes over Flung, and will tell you if we do. |
| Notices | We write to the email address you sign in with. You write to legal@buungroup.com. |
